“I have been visiting the Hermitage museum for many years where I spend hours observing portraits of the Noble ladies. Their timeless elegance, grace and beauty inspired me to create the “Royal” Collection in which I use pearls and crowns as attributed to royalty.
Crowns and Tiaras of Kings and Queens have particularly fascinated me by their variety as well as their harmonious shape and elegance. In creating Monomakh’s Cap Set, I came up with the idea of using these shapes in the innovative way where the wearer herself could enjoy the graceful shapes of tiaras but as a ring on her finger. ”
